Case Study 1 – Cyber Readiness / Cyber Drill & incident Response Methodology:

As part of an ongoing strategic development plan a government agency planned a cybersecurity exercise that was intended to evaluate both the efficiency and the effectiveness of its SOC Analysts,  Digital Forensics, and Incident Response units. The exercise included over 160 hours of on-site blue team practical training followed by on-site exercises to ensure the application of what has been learned. The goals of this exercise were all aimed at determining how well their Cybersecurity Response units are leveraging their knowledge, skills, and abilities, alongside with their 24/7 fully operational SOC and its processes, to achieve a cyber readiness strategy defined for this organization.

Case Study 2 – Cyber Readiness Academy:

A major University has been running our Cyber Readiness Academy programs for over 4 years to qualify and bring those professionals  into the job market. Case Study 3 – Cyber Readiness / Skills evaluation:

Using the CyCube platform, TripleP was able to perform an official self-assessment for a government agency’s external vendors and their employees. Using CyCube enabled the agency to pinpoint the areas where employees and service suppliers need more training and develop personalized training programs that help them reach the  level that was required by the agency. CyCube also provided the agency with the opportunity to test and evaluate prospective employees and service providers ​skills before they were hired or even interviewed after winning different contracts.
