LogistiCare has built, operates and manages the National Legal Exhibit Database of the State of Israel and the logistics center of the Israel National Police, where exhibits are stored in conditions that maintain their quality over time and are managed with total inventory reliability. LogistiCare securely manages, stores, collects, and distributes the inventory via a dedicated and integrated system.
Prominent Case Study
In August 2018, the Israel Police issued a tender for the establishment and operation of a national logistics center. The tender laid out specific and detailed requirements for delivering a unified logistics center for all police-related exhibits and evidence, as well as other police equipment, short- and long-term storage, management, handling and transportation services.
In December 2018 LogistiCare has won a tender of the Israel National Police for the establishment and operation of a National Warehouse and Database for Forensic Exhibits, as a full turnkey project, for an initial service period of 11 years.
LogistiCare designed and built the Center in strict adherence to the police’s specifications, in order to meet the specific requirements of both Israel’s National Police and the Office of State Attorney.

The Outcomes: Improved Service of Justice
Exhibits are stored in special conditions to maintain their quality over time with 100% inventory reliability. Inventory is managed, stored, collected, and distributed via a dedicated integrated warehouse management system (WMS). The unified logistics center incorporates exhibits storage and database, forensic laboratories and police equipment warehouse, all under one roof.
Supply Chain Excellence Award
In recognition of the police project’s success, LogistiCare has won the prestigious Supply Chain Excellence Award (1st place) by the Israel Supply Chain Management Association (ISCMA) in 2022. The award was given for a “breakthrough on national importance: In planning and implementing an innovative operating concept for central management of core police activity in Israel”.
